Before you send
What information do you need to quote?
The property address, the property type, and the purpose of the valuation. Purpose is the important one — it sets the scope, the effective date and the level of evidence required, which is what drives the fee.
Do I need to be there for the inspection?
Not necessarily. Someone needs to provide access — an agent, tenant or property manager is fine. Have any renovation approvals, building plans, leases or rental statements available if they exist.
Can you do urgent valuations?
Often yes. Call rather than email if you're working to a settlement, court or lodgement deadline and we'll tell you immediately whether we can meet it.
